About the Opportunity

Vision Talent Solutions, in partnership with West Nottinghamshire College, is building a specialist talent pool for the 2026/27 academic year across a range of curriculum areas within Further Education.

We are seeking passionate and knowledgeable lecturers, teachers, trainers, assessors, support staff and industry specialists interested in future opportunities. Whether you are an experienced educator or an industry professional looking to move into teaching, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

As a Lecturer, Teacher, Trainer or Assessor, you may be responsible for:

• Delivering engaging, high-quality teaching and learning sessions
• Planning and preparing effective lessons and learning resources
• Assessing, tracking and monitoring learner progress and achievement
• Supporting learner wellbeing, confidence, inclusion and progression
• Maintaining accurate learner records and contributing to quality processes
• Working collaboratively with curriculum teams to achieve departmental objectives
• Creating a positive and inspiring learning environment that promotes learner success

Who We're Looking For

These opportunities are ideal for individuals who:

• Have teaching, training, assessing or relevant industry experience within their specialist area
• Hold qualifications relevant to their subject specialism
• Possess a recognised teaching qualification or are willing to work towards one
• Are passionate about supporting learners to achieve their goals
• Demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills
• Are committed to equality, diversity, inclusion and safeguarding
• Are adaptable, reliable and enthusiastic about working within Further Education
